Ethan leverages his experience to focus on the analysis for potential acquisitions and managing current assets. Prior to co-founding E73 with Peter, he worked as an analyst with a focus in multifamily, office, and industrial acquisitions and development and has been involved in transactions with a total value of more than $100 million. He has learned sourcing, structuring, and managing deals from some of the best minds in the industry. After growing up in Lee’s Summit, Ethan graduated from the University of Kansas in 2020 with a B.S. in Finance and a B.G.S. in Economics. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM).
